Alas alack, a thousand “sad face” emoticons and gnashing of teeth, crafts are taking a backseat to the dreaded Norovirus that you do not want.
This is my 4th big, obnoxious sickness since October, I am totally over it. Yes, I got my flu shot (reported to be only 9% effective this year meaning it didn’t work this time) yes, getting plenty of rest, and ultimately, I’m on day 6 of this dumbness and have decided that staying home is the best thing I can do for me and you. Wash those hands, get enough sleep, keep your blood up, and don’t touch strange doorknobs!
February 27th is International Polar Bear Day, and OMG I LOVE THE INTERNET because right now on National Geographic’s “Tundra Buggy” Camera, I’m watching polar bears play with each other in Churchill, Manitoba. Do a polar bear a favor, visit Polar Bears International and take the Thermostat Challenge (carbon footprint-reducing habits that can help the earth, and habitats of polar bears!)
See you in March at the Craft Table,
