ABOUT THE PERFORMERS
After playing in several bands around New York City and doing some time with the New York All-State Orchestra, Jenny O.settled in Los Angeles by the late 2000s where she recorded a yet-to-be released LP with Jason Lader (Elvis Costello, Coldplay). After experiencing an artistic flurry of growing pains, she gathered herself and a special group of local musicians to make a stripped-down recording of her material, resulting in the critically acclaimed EP Home. Her follow-up album, Automechanic, reveals touches of local luminaries such as like Harry Nilsson, Ricky Lee Jones, Randy Newman, and Carole King, and is produced by Jonathan Wilson (Father John Misty, Dawes, Will Oldham).
